Jez Holloway had the best of the chances in the first half but Tamworth took the lead after the break as Ben Popple set up Dave Belson to score a simple tap-in.
Tamworth continued to press but were caught on the break and Addiscombe were awarded a penalty flick which they converted despite the best efforts of goalkeeper Mike Pipe.

Holloway, Sperrink and Shawn Moore all converted for Tamworth before Pipe saved Addiscombe's third penalty.
Popple then missed for Tamworth but Ian Wagstaff converted and Addiscombe missed their final penalty to ensure Tamworth's safe passage into the last eight.

They opened the scoring when Gemma Rowe found right wing Katie Mander, who cooly slotted into the net.
Tamworth continued to dominate and frustrate Loughborough and doubled their lead when Stephanie Lawrence fired home.
Right half-back Laura Webb added a third after good work from Alex Burns and Mander stretched the lead to 4-0 at the break.
Burns made it 5-0 after the break but Tamworth started to tire in the last quarter and Loughborough hit back, though it had no bearing on the final result.

They played some of their best hockey of the season in the first half, taking the lead as Shawn Moore set up Simon Miles, whose deflected shot found the top cor ner.
However, Tamworth failed to build on their start and allowed Corby to storm back.
They moved into a 5-1 lead before Jez Holloway netted a consolation goal for Tamworth.
