SANTA ANA -- Orange County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to find a Stanton man who Gucci Bags has been missing since Monday.
Rikiya "Rick" Leland Riggs, 37, was last seen at 3:25 p.m. Monday outside the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, where he was dropped off, according to Mary Lopes, an assistant investigator with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Officials said he was still missing as of Friday afternoon.
Riggs has various illnesses and requires daily doses of medicine, Lopes said.
Riggs does not drive so he is most likely to be seen riding public transportation or on foot, Lopes said. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, Pandora charms blue jeans and black shoes, with a black backpack, she added.

Riggs is Asian, 5-foot-7,
145 pounds, and has black hair and green eyes.
He has a wife and a small child who are worried about him, Lopes said.
